Tolbert to United States of America, acting through The Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, recorded on January 16, 1989 in Deed Book 3L at Page 25, Terrell County, Georgia records, and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated January 16, 1989, in the amount of $28,000.00, and said Note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Terrell County, Georgia, on December 3, 2024 the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING MOSTLY WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF DAWSON, TERRELL COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING A PORTION OF BLOCK NO. 200 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF SAID CITY BY MARBURY & WRIGHT, SAID LOT FRONTING 103 FEET ON THE EAST SIDE OF THAT GRADED ROAD OR STREET KNOWN AS SUMMIT LANE AND EXTENDS BACK EAST OF A UNIFORM WIDTH A DISTANCE OF 102 FEET, SAID LOT BEING, MORE ACCURATELY SHOWN AND DESCRIBED AS LOT NO. 6 OF THE SPURLOCK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION BY JOSEPH F.
